Welcome to adzy.in, operated by ADZY LABS under the brand name ADZY. By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website.

When you use our website or communicate with us electronically (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp), you consent to receive communications from us electronically. All agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

All trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos, and page headers displayed on this website are the property of ADZY LABS or its affiliates. You are not permitted to use these marks without prior written consent from ADZY LABS.

If you create an account on [adzy.in], you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. ADZY LABS reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

All items purchased from [adzy.in] are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier for dispatch.

Orders placed through [adzy.in] are subject to acceptance by ADZY LABS. Non-acceptance of an order may result from, but is not limited to, the following reasons:

  • The product ordered is out of stock

  • Inability to obtain payment authorization

  • Identification of a pricing or product description error

  • Failure to meet eligibility criteria

  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS. The contract between you and ADZY LABS is completed upon dispatch of your order, unless cancelled as per the cancellation policy.

  • Orders can be cancelled online within 15 minutes of placement.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • For changes to order details, modifications must be made online within 15 minutes of placing the order.

  • Payments are accepted in INR via Credit/Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX), Netbanking, UPI, Mobile Wallets, and ADZY Gift Cards.

  • If payment is made using a foreign currency denominated card, conversion will be handled by your bank at the prevailing rate.

  • Please do not send payment information via email.

  •  is not liable for unauthorized access to personal or transactional information unless caused by our negligence.

  • In case of payment failure, any debited amount is typically reversed within 7 business days. For assistance, contact us at support@adzy.in.

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

  • In case of a pricing error, we will contact you for confirmation or cancellation of the affected order.

  • Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item is out of stock or its price changes, we will notify you using the contact details provided.

  • During periods of high demand (e.g., festivals), stock may be limited.

  •  does not take title to returned items. Refunds or cancellations are at our sole discretion.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be provided as store credit or coupon code.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

During festivals and peak seasons, product availability may be limited and the risk of stock-outs is higher. We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
