Refund & Cancellation Policy

Why Our Policy Is This Way

Each product you order is specially packed and prepared with care, often in limited batches. Once an order is placed, our team immediately begins processing it to ensure you receive your items as quickly and safely as possible. This commitment to prompt service means that, in most cases, we cannot halt or reverse the process once it has begun. We hope you’ll understand that this approach helps us keep our promises to all our customers—delivering quality and freshness, every single time.

Bulk Orders

  • Orders of 10 or more units are considered Bulk Orders. These require special handling and logistics, which is why, once placed, Bulk Orders cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

For Other Orders

  • After your order is placed and payment is processed, we are generally unable to accept cancellations or refunds.

  • In rare situations where a refund is necessary, a standard cancellation charge of ₹100 will apply.

  • If approved, your refund will be provided as a voucher for future shopping on adzy.in—a small way for us to invite you back and serve you better next time.

When Refunds Are Possible

We will consider refund requests only if:

  • Your order is not delivered within 15 days due to our inability to ship.

  • Your location is not serviceable by our courier partners.

When Refunds Are Not Possible

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • If the item is damaged (but please know, we will gladly exchange it as per our Exchange Policy).

  • If you wish to return the product for personal preference reasons.

  • If incorrect or insufficient address or contact details are provided.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

  • If delivery is refused or directed to someone else as per your instructions.

  • In cases of force majeure or if the product is tampered with after delivery.

Why Vouchers?

Refunds are issued as vouchers so you can continue to enjoy shopping with us at your convenience. This helps us manage our operations efficiently while still offering you value for your trust and patience.

Our Right to Cancel

Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we may need to cancel or limit an order due to unforeseen circumstances or operational constraints. ADZY LABS reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If this happens, we will reach out to you promptly and ensure you are not inconvenienced.
