1. Initiate Data Deletion Request

• Via Website:

  • Log into your account on our website (using email, Google, Facebook, or other sign-in options).

  • Navigate to “Account Settings” or “Privacy Settings.”

  • Select the “Delete My Account” or “Request Data Deletion” option and follow the instructions.

• Via Email:

  • If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to [email protected] from your registered email address (if signed up with Google or via email) or the email linked to your Facebook/other provider account.

2. Verification & Processing

• We may request verification of your identity for security (via email confirmation, app prompt, or provider authentication).

• Once verified, your request will be securely processed in line with our privacy policy and regulations.

3. Data Deletion Timeline

• All your personal data—account information, orders, login credentials, and preferences—will be permanently deleted from our system within 7–30 business days.

• Any active orders or subscriptions will be automatically canceled, with refunds issued as per our Refund Policy.

4. Third-Party Logins (Google, Facebook, Other Providers)

• Data stored with Google, Facebook, or other login providers is managed by those platforms.

• To further manage permissions and remove our app’s access, visit:

  • Facebook: Facebook App Settings

  • Other Providers: Access the app permissions area in the respective provider’s account settings.

5. Confirmation of Deletion

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
